Pay your bill online in 3 easy steps :
  • Key in your 10-digit Consumer ID.
  • Once the bill details are displayed, select the preferred payment gateway.
  • Pay the bill amount using the payment option of choice.
** Only for consumers from Shillong, Nongpoh, Jowai, Sohra, Nongstoin, Mairang, Tura, Williamnagar & Resubelpara. Others may visit their nearest CSC Rainbow Centres.
Service Charges for Online Payment :
  • Net Banking: Rs. 5 per transaction will be charged as a convenience fee to the customer.
  • Credit/ Debit Card: 1.10% of customer payment amount subject to a minimum Rs. 5.00 per transaction.
  • Wallet/ Prepaid Card: Rs. 5 per transaction will be charged as a convenience fee to the customer.
* Service Tax and other tax/ Taxes if any applicable, will be charged in addition.
